Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information IndustrialGraph.ai collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. IIOS is an early-stage platform, and this site is primarily informational — we collect as little as possible.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by IndustrialGraph.ai (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the company building IIOS, the Industrial Intelligence Operating System. IIOS is currently in active development and early access; this site describes the platform and lets interested organizations get in touch.

For any privacy question, contact us at privacy@industrialgraph.ai or through our contact page.

2. Information we collect

We limit collection to what we need to respond to you and operate the site:

  • Contact submissions. When you complete our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, area of interest, and any message you provide.
  • Usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, page views and general performance). These do not build advertising profiles of you.
  • Technical data. Standard server and security logs (such as IP address and browser type) that are generated when any website is accessed.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not request it through this site.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and follow up about IIOS.
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • To understand aggregate interest in the platform.
  • To comply with legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this site, and they process data only on our behalf:

  • Hosting & analytics. Our site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides aggregate analytics.
  • Database. Contact submissions are stored in a managed Postgres database (Neon).
  • Email. We may use an email delivery provider to route contact notifications to our team.

5. Data retention

We keep contact submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your interest in IIOS, and to maintain a record of our communications. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@industrialgraph.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data commensurate with its sensitivity.

8. Changes to this policy

As IIOS matures, we may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice.
